Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.ezelilly.ca.

We don’t use any third-party to fulfill the orders from this website. All of the orders will be handled from our warehouse in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. We always try our best to carefully pick the product at their best shape, pack securely but not overpack the parcel, and ship them directly to our customers.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours. However, there will be delay if it’s on weekends or holidays.

If there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All of our shipments include the tracking number and we will email the tracking number for you when we ship the orders.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is really simple and straight forward.

Returns 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges of all unopened items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus any shipping fees.

Please include your name and order number with your returned product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Pre-loved items, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
