Well, for our family, the solution is Thrifting. We've been thrifting since we first came to the country simply because it was good for our wallet at that time, but soon it has become a lifestyle that we see so many benefits and just can't justify paying more money for brand new clothing (with a few exceptions) and create more waste at the same time.
Buying second hand keeps unwanted clothing out of landfills and extends the life of perfectly usable items. It not only reduces waste and pollution but also frees up money for other things.
